We stay small so the work stays sharp. People here can own a problem end-to-end: think it through, build it, and hand it over cleanly.

We prefer clear writing over constant meetings. You get room to do deep work, and we stay aligned without drowning in process.
Own what you take on
If something is yours, you see it through. Ask for help early. Leave the system clearer and more reliable than you found it.
Handle data with care
We often work with sensitive financial, user, and deal data. Discretion is not optional. It is how we earn trust.
Who tends to fit
People who have done hard data work before, can explain their thinking clearly, and care about the team that has to live with the result.
Titles and resumes matter less than craft. We care about judgement, honesty, and the habit of finishing what you start at a high standard.
